+ We liked the space provided for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. It was superficially clean. We liked the space provided for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. It was superficially clean.
- Below as a photo of the complaint I sent to your company. We had just travelled to Ireland where we identified we had 2 dogs on the ferry without having to place further information in a portal. You sent me an enormous about of emails after booking the cottage, which I hadn’t time to read in detail. I had clearly requested accommodation for 5 people & 2 dogs. The accomodation came up as accepting pets. After finding bugs in the large bed room the owner decided to complain about us having 2 dogs rather than addressing the issue in hand. We have stayed in accommodation before through booking.com where it says you can have a pet and when we say we have 2 they always allow it if the dogs are well behaved. I had towels, bedding, shampoo & brushes for dogs, as well as bowls and food. She then threw us out of the cottage on Friday when we were booked until Sunday, because she said we broke the contract with her. She said she only allows 1 dog and we hadn’t registered them. Your search website should register 2 dogs and only show places where 2 dogs are allowed. As a consequence we have lost money and our holiday in Wales. The owner refused to reimburse us and I now expect you to do so, because there was no complained from the owner after we left the house, so it was left in a good state and cleaner than before. I sent you the letter by email on 23rd August, when we were told to leave the property, with copious photos. I will attach as many as possible again. I definitely do not recommend this cottage to anyone, mainly because of the attitude of the owner. The bugs probably came in through her bedroom window, since she has not maintained the garden and there was a bush constantly hitting against the bedroom wind all day and night since it was windy. When the cleaner left the windows open to freshen up the room, they probably blew in and we paid the price! Below as a photo of the complaint I sent to your company.
