IMPORTANT NOTE ON AIR CONDITIONING (Centralized Condominium)
The property is equipped with a centralized condominium system. By law and building regulations, the "switch" (the system's switching between heating and cooling modes) and the seasonal activation dates are not controlled by us hosts, but are managed centrally by the administrator. Typically, the system is set to cooling mode (air conditioning) in May and to heating mode in October/November.
During transition periods (spring/autumn), the availability of air conditioning or heating is therefore subject to the condominium's timetable and local regulations. By booking this property, the guest agrees that the inability to activate the air conditioning or heating outside of the dates and methods established by the condominium does not constitute a disruption and does not entitle the guest to a refund.
