+ My partner and I recently relocated to London, and we're happy to have stayed at Paul and Lydia's well-lived home. The room has a comfy bed, TV, cupboard and a small table. It's a pretty standard London-sized Airbnb room. Downstairs, there's a fully equipped shared kitchen, shared toilet, washing machine, lounge room and a big dining room. There's also free street parking. You'd be hard-pressed to find anything comfier for this price. Paul is always available for any questions and offers everyone a cuppa on arrival. Lydia keeps the place nice and tidy. Most Sundays, they invite all the guests for a roast!
− As the toilet is shared with two other guest rooms, the cleanliness of the toilet and shared facilities can vary significantly depending on how well other guests leave the spaces.

+ it was in a quiet location, only 5-10 min walk from the town. where there are ample buses and a station to get around, also plenty of places to eat. The room was nice and airy with a shower. Bed very comfortable and the owners were all pleasant, i felt welcomed on arrival. was offered tea/coffee .even though meals were not included i was offered food and the following morning told to help myself to anything for breakfast. This is some-ones home and is lived in, so not all bell and whistles looking immaculate but, every where was clean would i stay here again? yes i would.
− not having drink making facilities in the room. it did not feel right in the night/early hours of the morning to make a drink in the kitchen, with this being some-ones home i understand the implications of drink facilities in the room, spilt drinks staining things.
