+ The apartment is conveniently located close to several supermarkets, including a Dino Express just a three-minute walk away, while Mercadona and Lidl are approximately 1.5 km away by car. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. The closest beach, Playa de la Arena, is only a ten-minute walk from the property. We always found plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the apartment. The accommodation itself is very spacious and is an excellent choice for families. It was also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We had everything we needed. There is an excellent view from the terrace. - The only improvement the property would benefit from is separate air conditioning in both bedrooms. Only the living room was equipped with air conditioning, and it was not powerful enough to cool the bedrooms. As a result, the bedrooms became quite hot in the evenings, and even when we left the terrace doors open overnight, it took several hours for them to cool down. It was also somewhat inconvenient that the condensation water from the air-conditioning unit was collected in a bottle that had to be emptied every five to six hours; otherwise, it overflowed onto the balcony. The property manager should consider finding a more permanent solution to this issue. Nevertheless, the many advantages of the property far outweighed these inconveniences. − smells like humidity in the staircase to the apartment. apartment was not spotless clean but really it was okay.

+ The location of the property is really nice, with quiet neighborhood, there’s a restaurant and a cafe right on the other side of the road.
− The bathroom was dirty, there was no mirror. Smell of sewage was coming up and the whole flat had that strong unpleasant smell all day and night. The beds were not very convenient, they were creaking really loudly. Going there as girls, the looks of the staff was unsettling, we didn’t feel completely safe.

− Too noisy bed in living room. Missing AC in bedroom. When hot day appartment under roof was overheated and had to be AC intensively (AC only in living room )
