+ The balcony view was incredible, the indications to get to the place were easy to follow despite it beying quite hidden and the location was super close both to the beach and to the train station. Everything was overall high quality, the bed, the AC, the shower.
− The fridge missing was a bit of a problem especially in mid July, we had nowhere to store cold water or even medicines that need to be kept in the fridge. The internet was sometimes not working and we didn't find any safe where to keep our valuable things. I'd finish suggesting to add the place to Google Maps because we couldn't find it and initally thought the place was a scam.

+ Perfect location, wonderful view.
− The room was under appointed. For a basic room you would expect tea / coffee / kettle with cups & glasses for a drink. To make it perfect a small fridge so as to enjoy the wonderful view with a cold drink. This is why it was marked down.

+ The room was quite newly renovated and was clean and bright with working aircon and in a nice area, directions to the property were perfect and entry to property was secure. Ideal for a night or so as it is a bedroom with bathroom, no fridge so would perhaps struggle more than this if weather was warm.
− Our room was advertised as 'deluxe double with side sea view' my mistake I thought we had one with a small terrace but it was a window which would have been fine but this did not open therefore had no access to the shutters. The shutters were half open , so the sea view is non existent and there is no blind or curtain so the sunlight is in first thing in morning and no privacy at night if light on. I had sent 3 messages to ask if the window had been fixed after checking the reviews, first one noted the closed window in June, more in July and it had been ignored as were my requests. Therefore if expecting any sea view or window open do not book room 1. I would not go back due to false advertising, the lack of fridge would now put me off as well as lack of courtesy from owners.
