+ Upon arrival, we were given a very warm welcome! The B&B we were assigned was very spacious. It had a large kitchen with a seating area, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom. Nothing about it felt particularly luxurious (except for the two fantastic air conditioners and the WiFi), but everything was simply good and well taken care of. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning and was absolutely great. Comfortable sun loungers were also provided. The location is also set in a stunningly beautiful surroundings, surrounded by extensive vineyards and centuries-old olive trees. The peace and tranquillity, the breathtaking landscape and the authentic atmosphere make this a wonderful place to completely relax and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer. For a delicious Italian espresso, you can visit the shared recreation room, where coffee is available free of charge (with the option to leave a voluntary contribution). The owner is more than happy to take you around and show you her own vineyard (winery) and olive trees. One of the options you can book on-site is a wine tasting, which we highly recommend! The location is very central, and within an hour's drive you can reach all the well-known places in Tuscany. We stayed at this location for 12 days and, besides being completely immersed in the Tuscan lifestyle, we also managed to fully relax and unwind. + We had a wonderful stay at I Moricci Agroturismo. The property is situated in a truly beautiful location, surrounded by peaceful and picturesque scenery. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the delicious dinner and the breakfast basket filled with high-quality local products. The swimming pool are very modern, yet they fit perfectly into the surrounding environment. The event hall has a particularly unique and impressive design. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more special. + The views are amazing, couldn’t ask for more. We felt relaxed and at home very quickly, the pool was great for cooling down in the heat and having a relax. Even though we were sharing the communal areas of the property with other groups we often had the pool, kitchen and terraces to ourselves so felt very private. Maria Angela our host was so friendly, she kindly helped me with recommendations for my partners birthday and held a tasting for us with the wine and olive oil she makes on the estate. We also took a walk into the local village where a jazz festival was taking place, and were able to have delicious food for very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend having a car to visit Tuscany’s towns such as Volterra and San Gimigiano. The only negative is that we could not stay for longer - a truly wonderful place, cut above, we’ll be back!

+ We stayed in a ground floor apartment which came with a private outside dining area. The property is in a fantastic location with wonderful views and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The photos really don’t do it justice! Maria gave us a warm welcome and was lovely and friendly and gave invaluable tips on places to visit - would def recommend
