Bed sheets and household linens are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.
Cleaning is not included, so it is the tenant’s responsibility to take care of it (beds, toilets, shower, sinks, surfaces, and the living room table). The apartment must be left clean when you depart, just as it was when you arrived, in order to avoid additional cleaning fees of up to 50 euros.
Regarding your arrival, if the inventory/check-in is done remotely, you will need to record a complete video of the apartment upon arrival and again at departure. This serves as proof for you, particularly regarding the equipment and the condition of cleanliness.
Access to the apartment can be done either in person or remotely via the key lockbox (I will provide you with the code upon your arrival).
