- The car park has a very small entrance, and if you are driving anything wider than a canoe, you need to be absolutely straight when entering. We reported that the shower was broken. Water shot out of the top of the fixture and flooded the bathroom. We cleaned up with towels and asked for fresh ones, which we were told would be provided in the morning. They were not provided. The folks in the upstairs apartment spent several hours moving their furniture around. This was presumably in preparation for the Flamenco dance session, which followed. + Despite other comments if anyone wants to visit de old town of Siena it is not far away...about 15 min walk to piazza del campo. The room has facilities over average you can find in Tuscany.
− The only thing that bothered me it was the fact that the heat is not turned on at night when that week it was between 8 and 10 degrees. the fact that there are some local rules regarding heat management is not the tourist's business. as a tourist on vacation I want a minimum of comfort.

+ Lovely hostess. On site parking. Just a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Code access was great.
− Power outlet for kettle didn’t work, so had to plug it in on the floor. No big deal. Had an issue with the shower head and soaked the bathroom floor. Be careful which way it’s pointed!
