Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villas
About this property
A Safari-Inspired Retreat at Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort.
Nestled within the lush savannah of Sir Bani Yas Island, Anantara Al Sahel Villa Resort offers a grounding escape where immersive wildlife experiences meet refined island living. Located 250 km southwest of Abu Dhabi, this reimagined safari retreat combines rustic luxury with a sustainable ethos featuring a collection of 30 elevated villas.
Each villa—ranging from the Savannah Pool Villa to the Wilderness Pool Villa—features a generous private pool deck, perfect for soaking up the tranquil island sun. The spacious Two-Bedroom Family Pool Villas offer even larger pools and are fully enclosed with barasti fencing for complete privacy, making them ideal for secluded escapes.
Inspired by the island’s natural palette, the villas are thoughtfully designed with earthy tones, warm textures, and modern indoor-outdoor furnishings that mirror the rhythm of the wilderness. African-inspired motifs adorn the interiors, while the spacious decks invite guests to unwind on plush loungers shaded by sun umbrellas, accompanied by the soft sounds of nature.
At the heart of the resort lies Savannah Grill & Lounge, a Southern African-inspired dining experience where prime game meats and fresh seafood are infused with smoky richness from the wood-fired Josper oven.
For those seeking adventure, Al Sahel Villa Resort offers unforgettable chances to explore the island’s varied landscapes. From wildlife encounters on the Nature & Wildlife Drive to scenic hikes through the Salt Domes and Wadis, every activity encourages a deeper connection to nature. Sustainability is smoothly integrated—from conservation-focused excursions to locally sourced cuisine—reflecting the resort’s dedication to environmental stewardship as part of a protected nature reserve.
Whether you're seeking a luxury retreat, an immersive exploration, or mindful travel, Anantara Al Sahel Villa Resort promises an extraordinary journey into the Arabian wilderness and its wonders.
