+ Beautiful views, nice location, they did a good job having explanatory videos of how to get through the tight street and into the parking lot, how to get into the house etc. A very beautiful remodel, well stocked kitchen etc. No elevator, not sure if that is noted in the booking description but always good to know. - The onboarding process was a bit much for me. It was a last minute booking for us out of necessity, and it seemed that the website through which they were running the process wasn't the best. It kept crashing when trying to upload my passport photos (per government requirement they have to have them), and in general was very wonky with its options from the drop down menu (somehow there wasn't an option for our country of origin, which shouldn't have even been needed seeing as how that information and birth dates and such are visible from the passport pic). And the whole online system was such a pain for me--I think a simpler solution would be to just send that info by email (how must other places have done for us). Also, every item was a *required* field, so for example, for the identification pictures, 2 pictures were required per person (like maybe for the front and back of an identity card?), but for a passport, all you need is one picture. But it wouldn't let you continue unless you uploaded 2 pictures. Maybe whoever does the property management is trying to stay hands-off and let you input your information, but the system itself was so frustrating to use, plus with the stress of a last minute booking, it really kind of ruined my stay from the beginning. The management didn't respond to a phone call but did respond to my message quickly when I told them the system wasn't working, and they told me where to email it instead. But overall, feeling exhausted and frazzled, with small children in tow, the last thing I want to deal with is a wonky computer site. I would have preferred a simple, quick, human connection to make the transaction swift and easy. Either that or pick a better system to onboard your guests. + New furniture, modern appartment. Nice view from kitchen on church. Cleaning lady was very kind and nice. Very clean, everything. Fridge is workig good. Appartment is small but it feels warm. Good netflix and sofa. Quick response when we didnt know how to turn heating on. Good city.
− Maximum temperature is 22C. When we arrived it was 13C and in bedroom 11C (we had termometer with us). Heating was off. It takes many many hours to reach 22C. Not enough kitchen equipments and bad knife so instead of using dishwasher you need to wash dishes. There is no closet for shoes and jackets. Missing light in kitchen above the table. Dont like shower that is hard to regulate witch one of the showers you want to choose (from ceiling or the other one).
