+ We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful BnB. The location is beautiful - on top of mountains, walking distance from the Basilica San Luca. The room was very comfortable and big with great bathroom, and great shower. The breakfast is an excellent buffet selection. Anna and Francesco were the perfect hosts. We were quite annoying guests with lots of needs (baby needs, using extra items, making other random requests) but Anna and Francesco were very accommodating and always helped us. We hope to come back. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful BnB. The location is beautiful - on top of mountains, walking distance...
- There's nothing they can do about this, but access becomes complicated when Bologna FC is playing home matches as the main route up to San Luca is blocked (generally Sundays). Although your GPS might not suggest it, there is another route up slightly to the east. + Beautiful countryside location just south of Bologna. Very near a historical sanctuary and close to town. Anna was particularly helpful with where to park on the edge of town and how to pay for parking. Excellent parking on site. Breakfast was lovely with many options.

+ The location is fantastic! It is nice to be a little removed from the city but close enough that we could go in for meals. The home is absolutely lovely with spectacular views! Breakfast was perfect for our whole family. Communication from Anna was excellent. Property is pristine, clean and efficient. The grounds are lovely as well.
− The only issue is the room locks are very tricky! An elderly family member and child could not figure out how to use them. They are extremely cantankerous and difficult to lock.
