+ The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet area. There is only a large garden, promenade and sand dunes separating you from the beach, which is less than 3 minutes away from the door. The terrace gets some sunshine which is nice. The TV is a bit dated, but does the job. Internet connection is quite fast. Reclining chairs are a nice touch in from of the TV. The garage is very comfortable and large (2.10m tall), the parking space fit our van no problem. There are carts by the lift for convenience to carry luggage to the apartment. + La urbanización tiene unas zonas comunes muy buenas: parque infantil y piscina enorme. El parking es muy útil, aunque la plaza de aparcamiento es pegada a la pared. Es un poco incómodo para aparcar, pero es una plaza amplia. El piso estaba limpio en general, aunque encontramos algunos platos sucios. El apartamento tenía cosas útiles nada más llegar: jabón, estropajo, gel y champú, un rollo de papel higiénico, 2 cápsulas de café. La urbanización tiene una salida justo al paseo marítimo, pero la zona de playa a la que da no es muy buena. Es estrecha y el acceso es por un camino de tierra.
− No funcionaba el audio de la televisión. Es cierto que en el piso se escuchaba todo de los vecinos, especialmente el bajante del agua. La mesa del salón tenía unos cristales decorativos rotos y era peligroso para mis niños. El sofá y los sillones estaban muy estropeados. El colchón de la cama supletoria de la habitación individual era muy malo y el de matrimonio no era del todo cómodo.
