+ The studio apartment was freshly renovated by someone with good taste. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was soft and after a month in Spain we found it the most comfortable so far. We found the location to be excellent. It is in a quiet area but with easy access to the Metro, good supermarkets and restaurants. So if you prefer to travel to the attractions, centro, etc and then retreat to peace and quiet. - This is no fault of the owner but in old buildings, sound travels through floors, ceilings and walls. If you don't like that, your only alternative is to stay in a modern hotel and get noise through your door from the corridor instead. After travelling for some time in Spain we have discovered most neighbours are considerate and make little noise, aware of the noise issues. This apartment has a neighbour who is an exception to the rule. So you could notice a small amount of noise from them from around 8pm untill at the latest 12pm. If that noise worries you put in some ear plugs and remove them later on. The apartment is very quiet once they go to bed. + Perfect for a family of 3! Extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Easy access to the city— a lovely walk to the Guggenheim and all the hot spots. Josu is very responsive and kind. Outstanding place to stay for us.
− There was not enough seating for the three of us to eat dinner. Garage is for a compact car with a brave driver. Kitchen is just adequately supplied but all good.
