+ It was close to the airport. It was close to the airport.
- The room we were given was not the one in the photos. The furniture was cheap and unstable; the double bed in the first room collapsed under one of us. We were given a second room, where the heating was not working and the light bulb in the bathroom was dripping. Yes, there was water dripping from the ceiling light. The walls and the kitchen counter were chipped and dirty. The windows on the ground floor could be opened from the outside. We did not feel safe sleeping there and were really uncomfortable, so much we considered spending the night in the airport instead. The room we were given was not the one in the photos. + Communication with the host was good, but only via chat and only in Spanish. A plus: close proximity to the metro.
− The neighbourhood is creepy, and it's an industrial/warehouse area. The room is cramped and practically windowless, as the window faces a service shaft full of pipes and air conditioning units. The air conditioning can't be regulated. The room was carved out of a larger space, likely a warehouse. It was dirty, with mold on the walls. The kitchen equipment was largely missing, the shower wouldn't drain, and there was no fourth set of bed linen. The host only partially responded to one of my complaints about the kitchen being underequipped. Eventually, I made an official conplaint to booking.com.

+ The only thing I can say is that we had a roof over our heads, everything else was just a no no,
− As soon as we entered the "apartment" room there was a realy realy bad smell, the smell was from the suvage, The beds where just uncomfortable and on the double bed one of the leg broke while we where asleep in the middle of the night,, the bedding on all the beds looked and felt like they where many years old, the sofa bed is all ripped, there was dump in the room and it was visible, please just stay away from this place and pay a bit more for a better place,
