A deposit of 100 euros PER APARTMENT must be paid upon arrival to cover possible damages and as a guarantee of compliance with the internal regulations. Payment must be made by credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out through the same method, once it has been verified that the accommodation is in perfect condition and in the same state as it was delivered.
The stay in the Apartments includes cleaning and 2 changes of towels (7 nights). For stays of 4-6 nights, includes 1 change of towels.
This property accepts pets upon request.
Starting in 2027, only dogs up to 10 kg are allowed. This service carries a supplement of 10 euros per night and per dog. Cats are not permitted. Guests must consult directly with the property.
All apartments are NON-SMOKING. If the cleaning staff detects the smell of tobacco, hookah, or other similar substances, the 100-euro deposit will not be refunded. Failure to take out the rubbish on the day of departure will also reduce the deposit refund by 10 euros.

• When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

• A damage deposit of €100 is required on arrival. That's about $112. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
