+ The building is located in a very beautiful mountain village, we really enjoyed forest views through our window. It was easy to find the place and get the keys -- they were in a lockbox, so we could check-in quickly. There was also free parking available on the street right in front. The apartment was very clean and spacious, WiFi worked well. We had a minor issue that the host promptly dealt with, so this was very nice. They accept pets, so that's awesome as well, since we were travelling with our dog. We also enjoyed the location a lot - there were many restaurants around, supermarkets only a short drive away in Las Arenas, and many hiking trails nearby.
− The bed was very small and uncomfortable as the mattress was very soft and old. There was only one long pillow for both of us. During the weekend it was very nice and quiet, but on Monday morning we were awakened at around 8:30am by very loud construction noises in the river canal just down below our windows, it was extremely loud even with windows closed and we were not warned about this. Also, in the beginning the host was very communicative, prompt to reply and helpful, but they didn't reply to our message about a later check-out time. We also left a small personal item in the room and the host didn't reply to our message regarding that as well.

+ Well located for walking in the Picos. Spacious apartment. Kitchen was well-equipped, with an excellent hob. There was a good dining table too. The shower and hot water supply were very good.
− We were allocated a ground floor apartment, which was cold, gloomy and rather damp. In early June, heating was needed, but not available (we were warned in advance). Nothing dried in the apartment - not towels or our boots or walking clothes - and it felt damp. There was no window or extractor fan in the bathroom, which surely contributed to the problem. The double bed was very small (though comfortable). The apartment had no view and was quite dark, looking into a river bank.
