+ The apartment was well furnished and was in a great location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
− Unfortunately there was mould on the wall in the double bedroom and the bathroom had a damp smell.

+ The host seemed alert, remembered my name and was ready to give me what I needed when I asked for it. The bed sheets were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
− The communication was bad. More than a week before the arrival, I requested the arrival time that was within the time of the check-in advertised, but didn’t receive any response. When we came up to the apartment, there was no one at the facilities, and the door was locked. My calls to the provided phone number went to voicemail, I wrote a message on Booking and received no answer, the agent from the Booking hotline didn’t receive any answers either. When the owner arrived 2 hours later, he didn’t excuse himself, just showed us to the apartments straight away. There were several unpleasant things during the stay. The restaurant below gave off smoke and cooking smells that made its way into the apartment. The kitchen sink was congested. The shower leaked water, and I didn’t notice it at first, so some of it made the floor wet. The soap provided was something like a liquid Marseille soap, with a strong smell of a cleaning agent. Many smaller items were not provided, and one had to constantly go down to the restaurant and ask the owner for things like extra towels, a broom to sweep the floor, a kitchen towel, a lighter for the stove, the WiFi password etc, or do without. What I particularly missed were an electric kettle and shampoo. No salt, no cutting boards, no oil for cooking, so come prepared.
