- The form that you have to fill before they send you the code to access the apartment was not very well designed, I was going to stay alone but the system didn’t allow me to continue until I added the details of my mother because I had her ID card. Also to upload the ID card is very awkward and I had to exit the system all together and enter again because it froze when I added the photos of the IDs. + Late check-in was very easy and smooth. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, very clean and well equipped. Management was very friendly, responsive and accessible. It would be a good stay for medium term and we would return here. There is in-unit laundry available for a small load and clothes dried overnight on a provided drying rack.
− Our AC was working but leaking - management was very responsive and said they would attend to it. Parking can be challenging but free street parking spaces in the neighborhood and you have to spend some time to search. The lot mentioned is indeed rough (more than we expected from reading the reviews and checking streetview) so we did not go there to park. The apartment is accessible by public transit and on foot. We were able to walk to the old town and many parks on foot.

+ I was truly impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, and the thoughtful attention to guests’ needs. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and convenient stay. The apartment is beautifully and functionally furnished, making excellent use of the available space while still feeling open and comfortable. It was clear that a lot of thought had been put into making guests feel welcome and at home. Communication with the host was handled through Booking, and after payment, we received all the necessary check-in information in the app, including the location, parking instructions, and the access code. Everything was clear, well organized, and easy to follow. The apartment was very well equipped. We had access to an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer, 7 hangers, 2 thick blankets, clean towels for both body and hair, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cooking utensils. There was also a 1.5-liter bottle of water, 2 coffee capsules, tea, and a packet of biscuits provided for us, which was a very nice touch. The place also includes an induction stove, microwave, and washing machine.
− The only minor downsides I would mention are that the apartment is located on the ground floor, so it can be relatively noisy at times because of people passing by outside, although this is understandable given the location. The bed also creaked slightly, and when turning during sleep, you could feel the base moving a little.
