+ Good locaton a short walk (downhill) to Laveno centre. View from the lounge window. Spacious. Good facilities in kitchen and washer and drier in bathroom. Aircon in the two main bedrooms and lounge. A drainer on the sink!
− 80% Frosted glass on all doors including bathroom. I don't know if this is an Italian thing but we covered the glass on the bathroom door. Light can spill out of the other rooms in the evenings, so if you're with people who go to sleep at different times then this might need similar mitigation. Parking was a little tricky and the road outside really needs to be one-way! You can see this with the property location and knew this in advance. Four keys were needed to get in and out of the apartment (a gate by the road, a door for the apartment block itself, then one to get up to the 1st floor, then one to get into the actual apartment.)

+ The location of this lovely spacious apartment is amazing close to the town and train station and the views are incredible! Close to cable car too which is well worth a trip although food not the best in the restaurant. The weather was so hot when we visited so the air con was a welcome addition. The host was very amicable and made us feel welcome
