+ The location was ideal, only about a 15-20 min walk from the main area. The hotel itself was very smooth to check in, the staff responded really quickly to messages sent via Booking.com and were quick to answer any questions. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that, but would probably check it out if we came back! The room was spotless when we entered with fresh towels and bedding, shower gel/shampoo/hand wash provided too. We also didn't use the laundry facilities but saw a couple of people using them - the laundry room is based on the ground floor, right near reception. The bed was super comfy! We paid for a room with a mountain view and was worried that we wouldn't get this - we didn't need to worry at all, as our view was spectacular, and was the cherry on top of a great stay. Just waking up every morning with the mountains outside was amazing! Thank you to everyone at Neostelia for a lovely stay. The location was ideal, only about a 15-20 min walk from the main area. - The only improvements I would add is making sure there's enough toilet roll for the stay - we were there for six days and only found half a roll when we entered the room! But this was quickly rectified by sending them a message and the staff hand-delivered the extra loo roll, along with some more coffee pods and tea-bags. Really impressed with how quickly it was sorted, so they're already improving! + My three friends and I stayed in a slightly tight-in-space but comfortable family studio. Quiet, comfortable queen bed/sofa bed situation. Laundry in the building was lovely to have. Nice 20 min walk down to the old town of Annecy. Great value!
