+ It was nicely centrally located. We enjoyed what we could. We are from USA. My husbands grandfather was born in Minturno. We wanted to see it. Everyone was helpful, even with the language barrier. + The apartment was clean and spatious with outside balcony. There was an equipped kitchen with the large fridge and free bottles of water prepared for us. - The communication with the host seemed a bit strange to me - I didn't even know who I am talking to as the host hadn't introduced himself (or herself). We just got instructions to install an unknown app from mobile marketplace and no other info until the day of our arrival. Eventually everything went smoothly as the app was used to open the main gate, but it would be nice to know in advance what to expect. I had to ask for WiFi password (it was not written anywhere) and the signal was poor, especially in the rooms. Also the shower was super small so one could barely fit in but I understand that it's not fault of the owner. + Siamo stati benissimo! 🥰 La casa è stupenda, molto spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. È tutto nuovo, curato nei minimi dettagli e perfettamente funzionante. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente! ❤️
− Unica pecca la tv non si vedevano i canali e il Wi-Fi non andava ma sono cose che si possono risolvere per il resto tutto ok👍🏼

+ La struttura è ben tenuta, facile da raggiungere e con un piccolo parcheggio interno molto comodo. L'appartamento era pulito, dotato di condizionatori nei due ambienti principali e di tutto ciò che occorre per un buon soggiorno. Il check in e il check out sono stati semplici e comodi. Per quanto riguarda la cucina è molto fornita con utensili nuovi e puliti, ottimo avere a disposizione macchina del caffè con cialde e acqua fresca in frigo. La camera è spazioso e con armadio e appoggio per qualsiasi necessità.
− La doccia nel bagno con la tenda e senza filtro per lo scarico potrebbe essere migliorata per rendere il bagno perfetto (tutto il resto è ben tenuto e il bagno è spazioso). Un'asciugamano aveva delle macchie ma poco male perché c'erano asciugamani in abbondanza e tutti puliti. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in il giorno dell'arrivo. Piccola nota che non dipende dal proprietario ma credo sia utile segnalare: l'appartamento affaccia sulla strada e può risultare rumoroso durante la notte per il passaggio delle macchine.
