+ Smaller than expected but enough for one person. Clean and good communication with owner. Smaller than expected but enough for one person. Clean and good communication with owner.
- Advertised with AC but wasn’t installed yet even though it was warm. Owner was apologetic at least for it. Advertised with AC but wasn’t installed yet even though it was warm. Owner was apologetic at least for it.

+ The location was great. The location was great.
- I was disappointed with my stay because several important things were missing or not properly taken care of, even though they could easily be improved. I am not complaining about the size of the room, I knew it would be small and that is why I chose it. However, cleanliness was a problem. The bed was very uncomfortable, which could easily be improved with a better mattress. The sheets did not seem very clean, and the blankets were damaged and not sufficient. I understand that there is no Wi-Fi, but there was also no phone signal in the room. In this situation, providing Wi-Fi would really be necessary. There were also several other small issues, but overall I was very disappointed because these are simple things that depend on the host’s attention and care for guests. They are not difficult problems to solve. My biggest mistake was booking the apartment without reading the reviews first. After reading them later, I realized I agreed with many of the points mentioned by other guests. You could truly do better.
