+ The apartment is beautifully located, spacious and the furniture is decent. However, the positives stop there.
− Horrible final experience with this host. There are significant cleaning issues throughout the apartment. The kitchen is a little bit covered in grease, and the cooking utensils were sticky to the touch, so we had to wash everything before using it. Dust is also quite common throughout the property. Both the bathroom and the kitchen need a proper deep cleaning. They are usable, but if cleanliness is important to you, you will likely be disappointed with the current state of the apartment. The host also presents herself as kind and accommodating, but unfortunately, that was not our experience in the end. Before leaving, we washed all the dishes and left them to dry next to the sink. We also collected all our garbage, placed it in bags, and even sorted it appropriately. Since no instructions were provided regarding where to dispose of the garbage, we left the bags in the kitchen so they could easily be taken out. Apparently, this was not enough for the host. After our departure, she bombarded us with messages claiming that we should have cleaned the kitchen and that leaving the garbage bags behind was completely unacceptable. She even threatened to file a complaint with Booking over this if we didn't pay an extra 100 euros. Also, there were mosquitoes everywhere. Something should really be done about this. Installing mosquito nets or providing mosquito-repellent plug-ins would make a big difference. I got bitten more than ten times in just two days. For all these reasons, I cannot recommend this apartment. If the host ever adopts more reasonable expectations regarding guests, and if a proper deep cleaning of both the kitchen and the bathroom is carried out, this could become a very pleasant place to stay. Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not.

− 20 minutes walk to beach with limited access to the water. Initial pictures were misleading with beach views. Washing machine broke and trapped my clothes. Nothing in English what so ever The drinking water is heavily chlorinated and affects taste of coffee, tea
