+ We had a good stay in this apartment. Communication was good via booking and What’sApp worked well (with translation app). We were greeted very nicely at the apartment and received all the information we needed. You can walk near the beach to the city center - where most of the restaurants are located. We could even walk with luggage directly near the beach to the apartment (I reccomend this (if you come per train like we did), since taking the street is not a scenic route). In the city center you can find great pizza places - we loved Pizza Miranda and Pizzeria La Marciaronda. You will find „Le Streghe“ Ice Cream near the apartment (loved by locals) - it was a fun experience. We’ve had everything we needed in this apartment. I loved the sunrise on the balcony. The A/C worked great and is a must have when you come in August like we did.

+ Close to Sanctuary of St. Maria Goretti. Restaurants and beach close by. Secure building.
− Limited options for transportation for local sights. Car needed if you plan to see WWII memorials in Anzio and Nettuno. Over 20 minute walk is beyond our limit for a sight that requires walking when you get there, plus return. Not the fault of the host, just the reality.

+ The location is perfect, if you want to be close to the beach. It's just a 3 minutes walk from the Nettuno beach. The beach itself is very nice, warm water, soft sand, perfect for smaller children and adults alike. However if you are planning more than a beach holiday and hope for having things to do in town, Nettuno is not right place for that. there is nothing to do really, apart from going to the beach and it is 1.5 hours train ride from Rome. All 3 rooms have air-conditioning, which was extremely useful in this summer heat. Just a 3 minute walk from the apartment there is a great pizza place Pizza Napulitana. I would recommend it to anyone. Best pizza we ever had.
− The shower pressure is pretty low, so we struggled a bit with that, especially after coming back from the beach and needing a quick shower. This is not something the apartment owner can fix, as it is down to "pipes" in the building I believe, but it's good to be aware of. The washing machine and dryer come with a charge of 10 Euros per day, so they are not included in the apartment price or into the Facilities really, as it is an additional service. We preferred not to pay for this. The second bedroom doesn't actually have a Double/Twin bed, but it is furnished more like a Kids room with an Ikea like SLÄKT Bed frame w/pull-out bed + storage, white, Twin. So it's a single bed and has a drawer that pulls out another single mattress, which allows for one kid to sleep higher and the other lower/on the ground. The walls in the apartment could use a repaint as they show signs of wearing probably from the guests who stayed there for the last 2 years, when the apartment was built and the photos were taken.
