+ The only good thing is the location. Apart from that the rooms weren’t cleaned from the last person and the staff were rude and generally angry.
− The lady “Sonia” was angry before I even said hello. Telling us to go away, only continuously shouting in Spanish, be extremely rude and arrogant. I eventually showing my booking from three weeks previous and the payment that already had been taken (otherwise I would have been gone). This made her even more angry and she threw the keys across the counter onto the floor and refused to serve my colleagues any food or drink that evening. We travel for work and this was one of the worst experiences we have had, the rooms weren’t cleaned and still had rubbish from the last unfortunate guest. I would avoid unless you have broken down.

+ Veníamos un poco asustados ya que a la hora de la reserva no nos dimos cuenta de que ni había aire acondicionado y en comentarios de otros huéspedes ponía que hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación pero, para nuestra sorpresa, a la hora del checkin nos dan un mando de aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente. La limpieza era impecable y la habitación silenciosa… así que imagino que están intentando mejorar todo.
