+ The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the river and an excellent location. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and there’s a lovely bakery nearby offering a fantastic selection of pastries, sandwiches, and excellent coffee. Florence’s historic center is easily accessible by bus line 23, with a stop just a short walk away, although it’s also within comfortable walking distance. Another convenience is the availability of public paid parking just a few steps from the apartment.
− The owner was kind and polite, but rather slow to respond. Unfortunately, my question about an additional bed went unanswered. My request for luggage storage after checkout, despite this being advertised as an available option, received a response only after I contacted Booking.com customer service, and even then, the answer was negative. Another unpleasant experience occurred when using the hairdryer caused a short circuit. With no alternative solution offered, I had to follow the owner's instructions and operate the electrical panel in the building's entrance corridor to restore power. I didn't feel particularly comfortable having to handle this myself. Overall, the apartment has some definite advantages, particularly its spaciousness, river view, and excellent location. However, communication, responsiveness, and certain practical aspects of the guest experience could certainly be improved. With these improvements, I would certainly consider staying here again.
