+ A lot of effort had been made to make the lodge cosy and upmarket. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was the best feature of the property. The garden was private and suitable for the dogs. The kitchen was well designed and had plenty of appliances and equipment including acrylic glasses to use in the hot tub and garden. It was central to all the areas we wanted to visit. We had to leave the lodge door open when we went out for the day. It would benefit from a small hoover being left in the property so that visitors have the option to keep the floor clean. (There is a very small brush and dustpan). Some of the facilities were already showing signs of damage despite it clearly being quite recently refurbished. Ther...
