Good location, near Badacszony, and the Folly Arboretum, close to the beach. Attracts curious people, and if you are lucky and can actually get accomodated there (I've personally witnessed guests that failed to reach the housekeeper and left, and other's were leaving just when they saw the mess), you can actually experience this one-of-a-kind place on your own. Black cats at the yard. Our room was actually not dirty, and we had a great neighbour lady- guest from room #2. She had a heart of gold and managed to clean the kitchen before we arrived, and even persuaded the housekeeper to make leave the crazy fridge-food stealing lady living in the box at the yard, so our food in the fridge was safe. I've even witnessed the guests themselves helping other arriving desperate guests who couldn't reach the staff accomodate them, this place amplifies characters, both good and bad.

Hard to reach staff, unfullfilled promises about what you get (we got much smaller room with fewer beds), broken sink drain so you get a water pool underneath you when washing up, showers drainage is clogged so you can shower just a short while before you need to pause for it to soak again, overall feel of neglected, dirty place. I suspect the owner's just keeping the place messy with the intention of having some people leave, and overbooking the whole place.
