- My room clearly wasn't vacuumed for some time. The upstairs toilet didn't have toilet paper. The downstairs bathroom was really unclean, but at least had toilet paper. I couldn't park anywhere near the property, it was a 10 minute walk away. Finally, when I booked this, I had the impression I'd be alone in the property, or at least would have an en-suite shower/toilet that was NOT the case. My room clearly wasn't vacuumed for some time. + Nothing to like, this property is a house of multi occupancy. House wasn’t clean as was the bathroom
− House wasn’t that clean, bathroom wasn’t clean nor was the shower. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable., sheets weren’t clean pillows were like sheets of paper very very basic room no facilities to even make a coffee.

− My six-night stay was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The room was advertised as having a private bathroom, but it did not. In mid-October, with temperatures around 7°C, the room and shower were extremely cold, and the landlord refused to turn on the heating. I was unable to shower on three occasions because the water was too cold. The room was dirty, and there were no bed linens or hairdryer. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the kitchen lacked sufficient cooking pans, spoons, forks, and other basic utensils. The location was also inconvenient, requiring a 45-minute walk to the city centre or expensive Uber rides. **I strongly advise against staying here. The accommodation failed to meet basic standards, and I would never return.**

+ The moment I left the property, a few minutes after coming and realizing it wasn't what I'd paid for.
− Everything, particularly the way they treat customers. Description in my reservation email: The single room includes a private bathroom equipped with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. Look at the photos to see what it was really like.
