+ Very cozy location The owner is friendly and very helpful. He gave us very nice recommendations. Despite we stayed only one night we felt very nice, and we got a nice sleep. Room is big enough, very nicely decorated and with everything you need inside. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Breakfast is in Italian style with ham, cheese, yogurt and sweets and It's in the room

Impeccable details, silence, the hospitality of Paulo (the owner), the proximity to Gardaland and Verona made it the perfect accommodation, both for adults and children. I highly recommend it!

+ The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and located in an excellent area, with great restaurant recommendations nearby. Paolo was especially kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant.
− There are just a few small points that could make the experience even better. The breakfast is different from what we expected based on the description, as there is no buffet service. Instead, a basket with packaged supermarket items is provided in the room. It could be lovely to include some fresh options, such as fruit. It would also be interesting to offer plain yogurt instead of sweetened flavored yogurts. Another detail is that room cleaning and replenishment of amenities are available upon request, so it is helpful to communicate this with the owner during the stay. Lastly, the bed was a little noisy. Overall, though, it was a comfortable stay in a great location with very attentive hospitality.
