+ Located in a typical Italian town with the rush hour traffic, chatter and daily routines. Great for people watching from the sun trap balcony. Host very friendly and happy to be contacted if we needed anything. Plenty of room for all our luggage - we chose this place as it's got a washing machine and that's useful half way through a 20 day Europe tour! Bare in mind there are flights of very steep and narrow steps, 2 sets up to the top apartment. Breakfast of coffee (or tea) and croissant from the friendly cafe over the road is included. + A bit hard to review this one as I never intended to be in San Severo; my wife fell ill and was taken by ambulance to hospital there. The medics kept her in overnight, so I needed somewhere to stay handy for the hospital. This apartment came up, a 10-minute walk away, decently-priced, and available. As it happened it was much bigger and better than expected, had everything I needed (and more - including a balcony) and the friendly owner drove over with the key. It was handy for shops, had a couple of pizzerias in walking distance (and a hospital, of course!), and walking distance of the historic centre as well. + Good B&B in San SeVero It’s about a 15 mins away walk from the station and then about 10 mins to the city centre so good position Supermarket a few 100 meters away It’s a complete apartment with s kitchen The owner met me there , nice man speaks English I would stay there again for sure

+ Host was brilliant, contacted during the day to check our arrival time. We were delayed and there was no any issues with arrival late which made out travel easier and stress free.
− We were missing shampoo and shower gel which we would like to advise host to add for guests in the future and a hairdryer would be handy. Breakfast was in the nearby cafe called Regina- when we gone there none of the staff was speaking English or they pretend not to!!! It was annoying that we could not get what we wanted because of the language barrier and we genuinely think they pretended not to speak to get rid of us quickly. Food what we had on another hand was great though 👌

+ Comfortable and spacious apartment, top floor with balcony, very close to centre and just 2km simple route from autostrada Breakfast is at a nearby decent cafe
− Not so much a 'not like' but tips: 1) be prepared to get cash beforehand as no close arms. 2) Would be useful if owner could leave a bit of local information such as town map and where to get breakfast please.
