+ Where do I start? This B&B was perfect, everything we could've wanted and more. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Grosseto's historic centre with restaurants and the duomo under a minute away. Just outside of the city walls (a few minutes walk) you can get buses, taxis etc. It's around 15 minutes walk from the train station. On this trip we also stayed in Florence and Rome, but we all agreed that Grosseto was our favourite and we wished we had stayed longer. The people in Grosseto are super friendly and welcoming, especially Laura and her daughter Zoe who run this B&B. They were so helpful and happy, and easily reachable via WhatsApp (where they sent us a whole list of restaurant recommendations - so sweet!). The B&B itself was so clean, immaculate. The room was spacious and designed really pretty. There was a fantastic air conditioning machine that we appreciated in the hot weather! Beds were very comfortable. There was even a diffuser for the hair dryer, which is a very very rare thing to find for us curly haired people! The room also kept the noise out perfectly, especially on our last night when there was a huge music festival happening in the square at the end of the street - we heard absolutely nothing! Breakfast was beautiful, using all local products. There was lots of choice and everything was really tasty. There was a lovely homely vibe at the B&B which made it feel really cosy, especially at breakfast. Thank you Laura (and Zoe) for being so welcoming and making this a perfect stay. Like I said, the area is so beautiful, there's so many things to see and we loved our time there. I can't wait to return to Maremma in the future and stay here again. I highly highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting the city :)
− We loved everything! But it's worth mentioning that there's a lot of stairs to reach the B&B and no elevator - luckily we were able to carry our suitcases, but if you can't carry them you might need some help!

+ This apartment was right in the heart of the old city but the windows did a fabulous job blocking the restaurant noise when it was time for bed. We loved the city and the apartment!
