+ Tranquility in the Italian countryside, beautiful, comfortable and rustic accommodations, but the 2 hosts, Errika and Ivanov made our stay simply wonderful. Upon arrival they gave us fresh Parmesan cheese and bread with homemade red wine and pickled vegetables, but the highlight of our stay was the dinner that Ivanov ( a professional chef) prepared for us, we were in heaven! Our best meal by far in Italy. We slept like logs that night to the silence of the countryside. And then the included breakfast which featured delicious local ricotta cheese and Ivanov’s delectable scrambled eggs fortified us to continue our Italian journey with full bellies, big smiles and the sweet memories of Errika and Ivanov’s kind hospitality. + Posizione tranquillissima sulle colline, a pochi km da Langhirano e Traversetolo. Abbiamo soggiornato come base per visitare in zona caseificio, acetaia e altro. Silenzio assoluto di notte. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Ivano e la moglie (perdonami non ricordo il nome) sono stati molto disponibili e allo stesso tempo discreti e non invadenti; ci hanno consigliato ed erano disponibili a chiamare strutture per prenotare per cena, caseificio per acquisto prodotti, cantina per vini ecc. Colazione ottima, con prodotti a km0: macedonia di frutta, marmellate, pane, miele, ricotta, burro, torta di mele, prosciutto crudo, caffè (della Moka), latte, thè. A colazione abbiamo incontrato altri due ospiti australiani ed è stato bello stare tutti allo stesso tavolo, con i proprietari in piedi a fianco a dialogare con noi e condividere una sana colazione con calma. Aggiungiamo poi la presenza di due gatti e del "cucciolo" Balù (bovaro del Bernese) di 5 mesi con il quale giocare, fare foto ecc. Ottima esperienza, grazie per l'accoglienza e la cordialità. Da ripetere se si ripresentasse l'occasione.
