+ Cadaques is a great place. It has a beautiful beach and nice pool including a water park. The restaurant has variety in the menu, food is good and the personal is very nice as well. - Never received the code to get the key prior my arrival. I informed the time will arrive at the location in advance. When i arrived there the person in the reception said i needed a code to get the key in the lockbox however this info was never sent in the application. I contacted the host via WS and even called a couple of times. The host never replied back to me and never sent the information through Booking but long time after I was already there and after several attempts to reach her on my end and also the personal in the reception. WIFI info was never provided by the host neither had sheets available for the sofa bed that is also offered, and we needed. There is a 2-burner stove but one of the burners never worked. The A/C works fine but i'm afraid is not enough to cool the upstairs and the first floor as well in the summer season. Hot water works welI. The TV has cable. I texted the host to request all the info we needed but still waiting for a response. Never received the code to get the key prior my arrival. + The location of the complex and the pool area were nice, but unfortunately the condition of the apartment itself did not meet expectations.
− The apartment had a very strong unpleasant smell and poor hygiene when we arrived. The towels looked old and dirty and several areas were not clean. When we contacted the host about the problem, we were told that the cleaning lady could only come the next day and no other solution was offered. The payment was also requested through a PayPal invoice outside Booking.com, which made the situation more complicated.

+ Las instalaciones del complejo y la accesibilidad a la playa, de las mejores de la zona con poco coral en el
− El anfitrión. Nos pidió que el pago sea realizado por fuera de booking un día antes de viajar, rechazando nuestra tarjeta Argentina. Tuvimos que acceder porque estábamos a horas de subir al vuelo. Al 3er día ahí nos quedamos sin agua caliente, le escribimos y dijo que iba a solucionar el inconveniente; nunca pasó. Nos bañamos con agua fría el resto de los días de la estadía y nunca más nos contestó los mensajes o nos hizo una devolución alguna

+ La ubicación de la habitación a la playa estaba bien
− El anfitrión no fue para nada atento, necesite ayuda en un momento le escribí pero jamás supe nada. Para la reserva puse el número de personas que éramos y el número de toallas colocadas en la habitación no correspondía con el número de personas. El TV estaba dañado. Y no tenía la luz principal de la habitación al parecer estaba dañada
