− I would not recommend this apartment . The planes going overhead, noisy neighbours and barking dogs ensure you don’t have a good sleep. There were no toiletries in the apartment as advertised, the toilet seat was damaged and sharp, and general cleanliness of the apartment was poor. A really poor service for the price paid. Staff/management are really bad. They don’t reply to any requests/queries but are capable of hounding you for information and photos of documents in the same message thread. They list the property very cheap and add a cleaning fee of €55!! at payment. It’s very easy to miss if you have quick payments set up so be careful. They have signs up around the property in multiple languages about potential additional charges. Seems they are out to profiteer wherever they can. Disappointing for an apartment with a lot of potential. ****RESPONSE TO THE PROPERTY REPLY****- At no point did I ask for the price to be reduced, the management who wrote the response are also liars. Booking.com have a log of our messages and should remove their response as this is not true! The property clearly can't deal with a bad review. They send messages demanding photos of your passports etc whilst ignoring any other questions ot communication. Anyway, I have added photos to support my review. Read other customer reviews and you will see that the area is noisy and the flat is dirty. Cowboys! AVOID!
