+ Well for my first trip to San Juan Playa, Alicante it was perfect. Literally a short walk from the hotel to the beautiful beach front. Nice single room with a mini fridge, good shower and a balcony which I liked. The 2 x female receptionists were both very professional and helpful. When I unfortunately got sunburnt and asked one of lady's about a local pharmacy she kindly gave me some sun protection and directions to the pharmacy and the other receptionist was extremely kind when I arrived and booked a taxi for me for my last day. Liked the design of the hotel aswel.
− The only thing I didn't like was at night time I could hear the people in the next room talking and hear them moving things around. That was a little annoying but you can't control other people's awareness and common sense for having respect for other guests.

+ Nice and modern room, just a few minutes walk from San Juan beach! Everything was spotlessly clean, and in my opinion looks even better than the pictures. The big smart tv was a great addition, so I was able to connect my Netflix account and watch tv in bed. I loved the big balcony too, which had a beautiful view. The option for self check-in was great: a code for the building door, a different code to access the rooms, and your own code for your room itself. I planned a one night stay, but I extended it to two, via their WhatsApp chat.
− The pillow was very hard, so it was quite uncomfortable for me personally - I recommend they provide softer pillows. The staff were nice enough - not super friendly or outgoing, but the place has more of a self check-in vibe, which was good for me anyway.
