+ We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The apartment was very cozy and had everything it was supposed to have. Including appliances, laundry capsules, TVs and other equipment. The only minuses were that the blinds were hard to pull out, and there was worse handling. Next, the bed was rather narrow, and two people could barely fit on it. One unkind thing happened to us during our stay was that when we opened the main door from the street via the app we couldn't open the door, so we wrote immediately on Whatsapp to sort this out in some way. The problem was that the wires from the door opening were broken apparently from the way the courier put the letters in the letterbox and thus the cables broke with this constant load and we had no way of getting in. Eventually we noticed it and had to manually push the cable to the other end, which wasn't very safe and threw sparks. We were told in the evening that the very next day they were going to send someone over and fix it. Unfortunately the following day, even the next day it was not repaired, which is quite a liability for the accommodated visitors. The big drawback was also the garbage, which we should have taken out ourselves in the appropriate containers. We probably wouldn't have a problem with that if we could find any containers at all. I asked to send a map of where the containers were located, however they were not at the location. So we had to waste time looking for containers on the street ourselves. We found only two, and almost by the river. I don't know how it works in Spain, but in the Czech Republic plastics, paper, glass, bio waste and other items are sorted into their respective containers, however here we found a container only for bio waste, but we couldn't find plastic and paper anywhere. It was quite annoying. What else I'd like to praise is definitely a clean apartment, laundry pods, dishwasher capsules, a clothes dryer, a heated bathroom mirror, but the baskets were small. + Good size for 3 ppl. Great location in the old town and close to the park. Clean and comfortable.
− We had difficulties with the flat’s door handle. It needs some skill to get it opened. We tried 5-6 time till we managed the first time. And then 2-3 times everytime we re-entered the flat. Also the latch of the bathroom door gets stuck and one of us got locked it for a few minutes so from there on we didn’t shut that door again. And the paddle of the rubbish bin to open the flap was broken so we couldn’t use the bin at all. Another thing is that there was no extra duvet or some sort of thicker cover for the 3rd person that slept on the sofa bed. And lastly there was no salt / pepper/ sugar /coffee capsules available when most apartments provide some basic or at least for a day supplies.

+ Lovely central location in the old city, beautiful, clean and quiet. A large, modern open space, great bathroom and shower and well eqipped kitchen area. Girona Old Town is wonderful for exploring and walking along old streets and hidden passages but is also a lively city of its own people, not just tourists, like us. Lots wonderfuil restaurants, churches, city walls and museums.
− The apartment is very attractive but a few things were annoying: the blind was tied up half down and we could not move it, the air conditioning blew warm or cold air into the room, the mattress and pillow were too firm. The door opening process did not work at first because the lock was very stiff and unfamiliar but we sorted that out.
