The fine print

• Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of €15 per person or bring their own.
• Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Wed 01 Oct 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026
• Piscine #1 is closed from Thu 01 Oct 2026 until Sat 01 May 2027
• A damage deposit of €500 is required on arrival. That's about $561. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
