+ Kitchen was well equipped with full oven and cooktop (no microwave, though). Management responded quickly via Booking.com platform. Easy to retrieve the key from lockbox. - Bedroom and bathroom are in the cellar, accessible via a steep ladder. The photos make it look like a spiral staircase, but the only non-lethal way to go down and up was to climb facing the ladder. We had to leave our suitcases upstairs and carry clothes and toiletries separately. The basement was chilly in October. When I asked how to turn on the heater, I was told “for your comfort“ that the temperature was kept at 18.5 C. There were no extra blankets. The heated towel rack similarly could not be turned on. Our towels were still wet a day later. Only one set of keys was provided. One bedside lamp didn’t work. The bedroom had one very small curtainless window high up that looked out to the hubcaps of cars parked on the street. If a fire ever broke out, the cellar would be a death trap. We were told that we were expected to strip the beds and take out the trash before the cleaners came. Bedroom and bathroom are in the cellar, accessible via a steep ladder. + Este alojamiento es muy limpio , lo recomiendo y al lado de la estación de tren. La cocina tiene todo , está muy equipada 100/100.
− Todo muy bien 😊 si tienes movilidad reducida para bajar a la habitación hay una escalera un poco compleja. Pero este alojamiento tiene una limpieza magnífica

− L escalier qui me semble un peu compliqué,il faut descendre vraiment doucement, la chambre en soiplex avec vraiment une petite ouverture de fenêtre, et l isolation moyenne nous avons été réveillés à 6 h00 du matin...
