+ The location is great, in a beautiful forest with lots of hiking, cycling paths. The hotel room was very clean. The food was extremely good. We had half board with buffet breakfast and dinner, and it had very good choices. The wellness area was clean and not too busy. Bartender, cleaning ladies, and one of the chefs were very well mannered and polite, spoke good English. The hotel had bikes for rent, very affordable prices. We could borrow an umbrella. There was a very useful shoe cleaning machine, perfect after a bit muddy hike. The location is great, in a beautiful forest with lots of hiking, cycling paths. The hotel room was very clean. The f...
- Two front staff at the reception that we met did not have good manners. At the check-in, a male staff member couldn't tell us if we could have room service, told us to go and ask at the restaurant, but he is a front staff member who should know these things... At one point, the reception lady was talking on her personal phone while we were waiting to talk to her, and she did ignore us and continued talking on her phone. Another time, she was rudely telling us how she couldn't be in two places at once, although we were just following hotel instructions to book a space in the wellness area and there was no one at the wellness reception area. During dinner and breakfast, staff was not very helpful to seat people. At one dinner, no one came to take our drink orders. So overall staff should be better trained, a little smile on their faces would go a long way. Temperature in the room was uncomfortable hot (25), and we couldn't set it to less. We stayed two nights, so I survived, and staff unfriendliness put me off from going to ask for help... Two front staff at the reception that we met did not have good manners. + The breakfast and dinner was very delicious and change every day . The hotel is new, The hotel offers a peaceful setting, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff The location in the center of a beautiful forest , close to the hiking paths
− Despite all my positive ,Housekeeping was quite disappointing. We requested room cleaning during our stay just one time in the 4 days we stay there , but apart from emptying the trash bin , no cleaning was done at all—the beds were not made, and they didn't change the towels

+ I didn't go with high expectations since it is a hotel located in the mountains. All the staff were friendly, and the facilities, such as the sauna, were excellent. There were charming programs like shooting star viewing and barista experiences, which allowed me to have a great time. In particular, the constellation observation program on a summer night was a truly special experience, complete with explanations from experts. I consider it not just a hotel for eating and sleeping, but a classy resort that I definitely want to visit again to spend more time.
