Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in for stays of 11 nights and above.
The rental price includes accommodation for 2 or 4 people depending on the double beds advertised in each property. In all properties, it is possible to add one or two additional guests by requesting one or two single extra beds. In this case, an additional fee of €35 will be charged per extra bed requested.
The fine print
• Please inform Casa del Escriva in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
• This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
• License number: <strong>VT-433124-A, VT-433125-A, VT-433126-A, VT-433127-A</strong>
• A damage deposit of €100 is required on arrival. That's about $112. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
