+ The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed, including basic spices, coffee and a moka pot. We particularly appreciated the shutters, which made it possible to completely darken the rooms. The entire apartment was thoughtfully equipped. Both bedrooms even had air conditioning, which provided great comfort throughout the year – keeping the apartment cool in summer and allowing it to warm up very quickly during the colder months. The parking area is located a short walk from the apartment, but it is downhill, so be prepared to climb some stairs on your way to the accommodation. - The bed was very soft, and even when one person turned over, the movement affected the entire mattress. When two people slept in the large bed, it also creaked every time either of us moved. The combination of these two issues unfortunately made it very difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. Another significant downside was the very low water pressure in the shower, which made washing my hair almost impossible. It's a real shame, because otherwise the apartment is beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped. With a few improvements, it could be a truly excellent place to stay! + Great location. Fabulous apartment with cooking facilities and washing machine. Very clean. Lovely old building.
− Very impersonal . Most of the communication was automated as was check in. Checking took me a long time as the online form kept glitching . Requests were answered late and one time quite abrupt and upsetting. The nicest communication was the scripted farewell message that came after I left.
