+ We had a lovely stay in Castelfranco. The hotel is in a really central location, which made it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We messaged them when we were arriving late at around 11pm, and they responded quickly and made everything very easy. We also had a small issue with our breakfast vouchers not arriving on the second day, but the staff responded very promptly and the vouchers were delivered under our door. Breakfast was also very good. The vouchers could be redeemed at two different cafés, both within around a 3-minute walk of the hotel, which was really convenient and gave us a choice of where to have breakfast. Overall, a great stay with friendly, attentive staff, a fantastic central location and very clean accommodation. We would happily stay here again! We had a lovely stay in Castelfranco. + Great location in the middle of a great town! We thought it might be noisy....but nothing!!! GF! Very clean! Everything, only a brief walk from our accommodation! Wonderful, large, soaking, strong shower!!!! The bars that were used to provide breakfast, were close, with great food & coffee!
− We are bike riders, so no storage! Unfortunately, we locked up our bikes in the ground level hallway......'just enough room to squeeze past.

+ Room was clean and nicely renovated. There is a shared kitchen with All the appliances to cook.
− The problem with self check in apartments is that there is nobody to help you at the Spot if something goes wrong and things go wrong. I sent a request through booking informing you that i will check in between 21:00-22:00 which you accepted. We were using the given codes to unlock the key box of our Apartment which were wrong and the keys were thrown near a power box inside a wall. The worst thing is that we were trying to contact the owner who only answered after one and half hour. This is unacceptable especially after we have informed you about our exact time of arrival.

+ A szállás jó pofa, felújított és tágas.A fürdő szép. Kávé volt ajándékba! Reggeli a lenti pressoba nagyon hangulatos reggelit tesz lehetővé, ahol mindenki nagyon kedves volt. Sok étterem a közelben. Bevásárlóközpont 500méterre.
− Nem volt paroklási lehetőség, csak 500méterrel odébb közterületen. A szállás előtt ha van hely max 1 órát lehet állni. Piac napon hajnalba zajoskodás van- peresze ez is a hely hangulatához illik.
