- We were confronted by the police while we were staying in this property! This PROPERTY IS NOT LEGALLY LISTED as a Vivienda Turista. Therefore any payments made to this property is illegal. I have been waiting for a response and a refund from Booking.com but it seems they do not care. It's a shame that Booking.com allows properties that do not have a legal license number on their platform. I have reported this to the Dirección General de Turismo and European Consumer Centre. + The pool was the only thing we liked, but it was surrounded by weeds, dirt, and millions of ants, and it was freezing cold, it took you 20 minutes to convince yourself to get into the pool, and then you had to get out after 20 minutes and get dressed because you were frozen (yes even in very warm weather). - The beds were dipping in the middle, back pain, and very little sleep due to the loud creaking noises from them, also funny smell off the bed clothing, had to buy our own sheets. Air conditioners only worked in one room, the rest of the AC's are broken, and badly need replacing. There was a million ants crawling all over the sinks and toilet in the main bathroom, all over our tooth brushes and tooth paste, clearly there are nests everywhere. The main bathroom door handle came off in our hands. The second toilet doesn't flush at all. We had to keep all the metal shutters closed at all times around the house, due to the doors and window locks are not working properly, the metal shutters were also easy to open. The front door did have two bolts top and bottom, but the gap in the frame of the front door allowed the mostquito's into the house, and could easily have been broken into as well. The toaster doesn't work properly, the cooker is very old, and dirty, and we ran out of gas a couple of days into the holiday. No one came to meet us, show us around, explain how things worked etc. Electric gates don't work, you had to lift the heavy metal gate each time going in and out with your car. The photo's provided do not match with the current state of the house. The gardens are completely over grown now, and there is lots of rubbish, and cigarette butts everywhere. We put sheets, and jackets down on the sofa to sit on it, as it was also very dirty. We had to purchase bleach and disinfectant sprays to clean the tables, and kitchen worktops etc as there was dirt, dust, food crumbs, and food stains on the sofa, and chairs, table tops etc.. We were charged €180 extra for cleaning, and we had to clean the property ourselves. The carpets throughout the house have clearly never been hoovered. There was a mop and some brushes provided, and the mop and the brush heads were filthy dirty. For the money we paid, we were, very very disapointed. − la casa esta un poco descuidad de limpieza y las camas no son de muy buena calidad, para pasar un fin de semana con amigos esta bien, para ir con familia y niños buscaría algo mejor.
