- We have been using AB&Bs for more than a decade and always appreciate a place that is well looked after. The place could use some routine maintenance work inside the house. The kitchen could use real cutting knives for cooking. The fly screens need to be installed properly. The fridge is struggling to stay cold although the freezer works perfectly. + The location was a perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Excellent sunsets! The home and surrounding area is lovely especially the thermal baths!
− The only issue we had was the fridge would not stay cool especially if the stove was on. It would be helpful to have screens on the main windows to keep leaves and flies out while getting fresh air.

+ Loved the living room. The house is well maintained and clean. BUT But the second bedroom was locked as was the exit to the patio No bathrobes were provided despite what Booking.com said.
− The host decided herself how many bedrooms we'll need and locked the 2nd bedroom. So, you pay for a 2 br house and get 1 br just because the host decides this! No bathrobes were provided despite multiple reminders: he host kept referring to towels when I asked about the bathrobes. Also, the house rule do not allow you to take towels and robes out of the property! Why??? Don't take my word for it: here is the response the host was hoping to get away with: "Dear Guest, The house is indeed a two-bedroom property; however, the number of bedrooms prepared depends on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. When two guests book, we prepare one bedroom. When four guests book, we prepare both bedrooms. When six guests book, we also prepare the sofa bed in the living room. Since your reservation is for two guests only, one bedroom was prepared accordingly. Regarding towels and bathrobes, these are provided based on the number of guests in the booking. There should be towels for two people. Could you please confirm whether the towels are missing entirely, or if there is a specific issue?" What is you travel with a colleague? Or you are a man and travel with a grown up daughter? Or just prefer to have a separate bedroom?? No fine print to explain this on Booking.com. I paid for a 2 br house but hot a 1 br. I was also taken aback by this way to address me. Now, even 3-star hotels try to personalize their service and address you by your name. Also, the house is in the middle of nowhere and is reachable by a very rough dirt road so don't bust your tired when you get there.
