+ Appartamento semplicemente magnifico! I proprietari sono persone incredibilmente positive, disponibili ed accoglienti. Il check-in è stato velocissimo e senza intoppi grazie a istruzioni chiare e precise, e per qualsiasi necessità sono sempre stati pronti ad aiutarci. ​Dal vivo l'appartamento è ancora più bello che in foto: arredato con grandissimo gusto, lindo e con un'atmosfera fresca e candida. La biancheria da letto e il set di asciugamani (davvero generoso!) erano di una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è super accessoriata: macchina del caffè (con persino i filtri inclusi!), lavastoviglie, forno, piano a induzione, frigorifero, bollitore e tutte le stoviglie necessarie. È tutto davvero in condizioni perfette. I proprietari hanno pensato proprio a tutto, nei minimi dettagli: dal sale, olio e pellicola per alimenti, fino ai detersivi, detersivo per la lavatrice, sapone, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Non mancano nemmeno asciugacapelli, lavatrice, aspirapolvere, asse e ferro da stiro. ​Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il graditissimo regalo di benvenuto: una bottiglia di ottimo vino italiano e dell'acqua fresca nel frigorifero! ​La posizione è fantastica: in pieno centro, a pochissimi metri dal bellissimo lungolago di Lugano. Con fermate dei mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e bar tutti raggiungibili a piedi. ​Siamo rimasti assolutamente entusiasti del soggiorno e della cura autentica verso gli ospiti. + Nach langem Überlegen, welches Apartment wir in Porlezza wählen sollten, haben wir uns schließlich für dieses entschieden – und im Nachhinein können wir wirklich sagen: Es war die absolut richtige Entscheidung! Wir sind so froh, dass wir genau dieses Apartment gewählt haben. Schon der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, herzlich und unkompliziert. Auf meine Frage nach einer Parkmöglichkeit bekamen wir vor unserer Anreise den genauen Standort eines Parkplatzes geschickt. Und tatsächlich haben wir während unseres gesamten einwöchigen Aufenthalts dort immer problemlos einen Parkplatz gefunden. Als wir das Apartment betraten, waren wir sofort begeistert. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Betten für uns vier waren bereits frisch bezogen, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Auf dem Tisch stand sogar eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruß. Wir selbst trinken zwar keinen Alkohol, aber wir fanden diese Geste trotzdem unglaublich lieb, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man merkt einfach, dass sich die Gastgeber Gedanken machen und möchten, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Auch die Lage des Apartments hat uns begeistert. Es liegt wirklich in einer wunderschönen und lebendigen Straße, und alles, was man braucht, befindet sich praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Morgens musste man keine zehn Meter laufen, um alles für ein leckeres Frühstück zu bekommen. Ein tolles Restaurant befindet sich ebenfalls nur etwa 20 Meter entfernt – mit unglaublich frischen und leckeren Speisen. Der See ist ganz in der Nähe, und auch Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für uns hätte die Lage wirklich kaum besser sein können. Im Apartment selbst war ebenfalls an alles gedacht. Es gab einen Föhn, Seife, Shampoo, ausreichend Handtücher und alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch den Ventilator.
