+ If you love the view of a scrap heap and the noise, and smell, of a thermoplastic molding factory during daytime, then this is the place to be. You can enjoy these sounds and smell all day while standing on the balcony, there are no outdoor chairs, or while sitting in the shared garden. The apartment itself is okay and the host is friendly, it's a pity that she only speaks Italian, which makes it hard to communicate.
− We had the bad luck that Wifi was not working, combined with a bad reception of cell phone data, and a TV with only Italian channels. Therefore you have to bring your own entertainment for the time you are in the apartment, there is not much included in the house. The host was, unfortunately, not willing to provide any compensation for the Wifi outage, or for the annoying noise ( while the advertisement stated " a shared garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience". Not even a bottle of wine or so was given to ease the pain a little. For me it was not worth it's price and , if I were you, would think twice before renting this apartment.

+ velký prostorný plně vybavený apartmán s klimatizací v každé místnosti (v obýváku i v obou ložnicích) - opravdu velmi milí hostitelé, kteří se nás několikrát za pobyt ptali, zda je vše v pořádku. Také nám jedno ráno donesli k snídani na ochutnání typický pistojský moučník. To bylo velmi milé 🙂 - s paní hostitelkou komunikováno vše osobně (s online překladačem italštiny v ruce 😁🫶) nebo přes WhatsApp (vždy okamžitá odpověď) - po dotazu, zda je možné si někde vyprat prádlo, mi okamžitě ukázala pračku v garáži a následně kde je možné prádlo usušit - potřebovali jsme odjet brzy ráno a vůbec to nebyl problém, stejně tak náš pozdější příjezd - autem kousek do Florencie, Luccy i Pisy, k moři to byla ca hodinka cesty autem - v reakci na starší recenzi, která se zde nachází - ano, ubytování se nachází vedle firmy na výrobu ramínek, ta začala pracovat vždy ve všední den ca v 8 hodin a končila v odpoledních hodinách. To nám absolutně nevadilo, jelikož jsme kolem 8. hodiny ráno vstávali a z výletů se vraceli kolem 18. odpoledne. A navíc☝️, přes zavřená okna a s puštěnou klimatizací nebyl v apartmánu slyšet absolutně žádný hluk z firmy, i kdybychom vyspávali do oběda 😁 A ten hluk venku nebyl rozhodně nijak extrémně rušivý, navíc firma je schovaná za stromy, které jsou v zahradě ubytování, takže není ani vidět. A žádný smrad z firmy rozhodně nešel. Tak jen ať je tato skutečnost uvedena na pravou míru. - určitě bych se ráda vrátila, děkujeme za vše 🩷
