- Communication was really bad. I sent several messages with issues, no reply. The given (Swiss) number was incorrect, under the (Italian) number from booking only replied after several tries, then very short and a disconnected line. No call back. The man who checked me in said I could let him know when I have issues (lived next door), but there wasn't even an indication where to knock/ring the bell. Stove didn't work, I gave up looking for help in the end. Had no dinner and the next morning breakfast in a cafe in Varenna as all local cafes were closed Sundays. It wasn't clean, bread crumbs and capsicum seeds on the kitchen counter, toothpaste in sink in bathroom, dust everywhere. The place needs a deep clean. Communication was really bad. + Super Lage , netter Vermieter und sehr gut eingerichtet , alles da was man braucht. Parkplatz im Innenhof auch gut.
− Das Bett ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte eventuell ausgetauscht werden, es quietscht sehr laut und wackelt , ansonsten alles top !

+ Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Areal ist sehr gut gepflegt und mit einem Pkw-Parkplatz versehen. Mit der kleine Hausgemeinschaft hatten wir auch netten Kontakt. Die FeWo war sauber und zweckmäßige eingerichtet, gut war vor allem die Nähe zur Promenade, die in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar war.

+ Sehr zentral gelegen. Auch mit Hund hervorragend, da das Haus eingezäunt war. Ab Oktober 2026 gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Auf der Terrasse kann man toll frühstücken und sich ausruhen.
− Nachts fuhren hin und wieder Motorcrossfahrer durch die Straße.
