L'alloggio dispone all'entrata, di una cucina e salone luminoso con camino. Inoltre, un ampia camera con letto e divano letto come da foto allegate e bagno all'interno con una vista sulla vallata.
L'abitazione è stata appena ristrutturata e dispone un impianto di riscaldamento e aria condizionata. E' ubicata all'inizio del centro storico nella frazione di Poggio Sommavilla comune di Collevecchio , borgo medievale di circa 100 abitanti. A circa 1 Km è presente una stazione ferroviaria che raggiunge Roma Stazione Tiburtina / Termini e l'aereoporto Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci a soli 50 minuti. Il borgo è ubicato nella bassa sabina dove si può degustare cibi tipici e olio d'oliva sabino. A circa 6 Km sono presenti i svincoli dell'autostrada sia di Ponzano Romano per chi viene da Roma e Magliano Sabino per chi viene da Milano / Firenze.
