+ It was a quiet and peaceful location. The hosts Ernest and Bernadette are lovely welcoming people. They introduced themselves on arrival and showed us round. - We tried calling the telephone number listed on both Booking.com and Google several times before making our booking, but nobody ever answered. During our visit, the owner later confirmed that she had blocked our number, even recognizing it by its last digits ("...444"), explaining that she blocks numbers because she receives many spam calls. When we arrived, the owner initially seemed completely unaware that we had even made a reservation. Because we work remotely, we first tested the Wi-Fi before unloading our luggage. Although our devices connected to the network, there was no usable internet connection. We demonstrated this to the owner within about 15 minutes. The owner acknowledged the issue and agreed that we could leave, assuring us that we would receive a full refund. Relying on that assurance, we immediately booked another accommodation. That promise was later withdrawn. Instead, only a partial refund was offered through Booking.com. When Booking.com asked to speak with the owner we had dealt with, we were told she could not speak English, despite the fact that she had spoken fluent English with us during our visit. Her husband handled all further communication. From unanswered phone calls before booking, to the owner not even expecting our arrival, to a refund promise that was later withdrawn, our experience was one of poor communication and broken commitments. + La amabilidad de los propietarios y la tranquilidad del sitio fue lo mejor La casita muy bonita, la piscina y el entorno super acogedor Las camas comodisimas... muy muy bien Estuvimos por allí para ir al circuito de Cheste, y la ubicación nos encantó ya que estábamos pocos minutos Pudimos guardar el coche dentro de la propiedad. Volveremos sin duda
− Por poner un pero.. el baño aunque está en distinta.planta que la casa, no tenía puerta, tenía cortina, que realmente no fue un problema por esa separación de estancias, pero estamos acostumbrados a puerta en el baño.

+ ❤️ Un véritable coup de cœur pour Ernesto et Bernadette ! Ils sont tout simplement exceptionnels : d'une gentillesse, d'une générosité et d'une bienveillance rares. La.maison est incroyable, tout etais mis a notre disposition pour passer un tres bon séjour, un jardin zen et immense est dans la propriété et une.tres belle piscine. Nous avons passé 10 jours inoubliables et nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille. Une adresse d'exception que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Merci du fond du cœur pour cet accueil incroyable… Nous reviendrons, c'est une certitude ! ❤️
